How long will delivery take?

| Air (the fast option) | 3–10 days | Charged by package weight. Smartphones ship by air at no extra cost. |
| Sea (the economical option) | 35–40 days | Free: included in every listed price. |
These times count from the day your item is shipped, not the day you order. Your order is placed, then processed, and the clock starts once shipping begins.
You choose sea or air at checkout. Air asks you to confirm its terms first.
Where do I collect my order?
Free pickup from any of our three pickup points:
- Kumasi
- Accra
- Koforidua
Anywhere else in Ghana: choose Somewhere else at checkout and enter your address. We deliver by rider and call you with a delivery quote. The delivery fee is paid by you on arrival.
Buying for someone in Ghana
Paying from abroad for family back home? At checkout, tick Someone else in Ghana is receiving this and enter their name and phone number. We'll contact them for pickup or delivery.
Customs
We handle all customs clearance. No duties are passed on to you.
