Paying for your order

Ways to pay​

  • Mobile Money: MTN, Telecel or AT. You approve the payment on your phone with your PIN.
  • Debit or credit card: Visa or Mastercard. Cards are charged in US dollars, and the payment page shows the amount before you pay.

Full payment is taken at checkout. To spread the cost, use Reserve & Pay instead: a deposit up front, then 4 weekly payments.

How a Mobile Money payment works​

  1. After checkout, the payment page shows your order number (starting TN-) and the amount.
  2. Tap Pay. Our secure payment page opens.
  3. Choose your network, enter your Mobile Money number and approve with your PIN.
  4. Once the payment is approved you're taken to your order confirmation automatically, and you get a receipt.

Nothing is charged until you approve the payment on your phone.

Someone else paying?​

On the payment page, open Someone else paying? to copy a payment link or send it on WhatsApp. Whoever opens it can pay for your order. The link works for 7 days.

Customs duty​

There is none to pay. We handle customs clearance ourselves, and the price you see is the price you pay.

A payment went wrong​

If money left your wallet but your order still shows as unpaid, don't pay again. Send your order number to us on WhatsApp and we'll check it with the payment provider.
