Tracking orders and plans

You don't need an account to track anything. Use the phone number you ordered with.

Orders​

  1. Open Order History in the shop menu.
  2. Enter your mobile number and any one of your order numbers (it starts with TN-, and it's in your confirmation SMS).
  3. Tap Search orders to see all your orders and their status.

With an account, your orders are also under My account, including earlier orders placed with the same phone number or email.

Reserve & Pay plans​

  1. Open Reserve & Pay in the shop menu.
  2. Enter your phone number and your plan number (it starts with IP-, and it's in your confirmation SMS).
  3. Tap Track My Plan to see what's paid and what's due, and to make your next payment.

Can't find your order or plan number?​

Check the SMS we sent when you ordered. Still can't find it? Message us on WhatsApp with the phone number you used.
